Global 3 union agreement, and illinois labor laws.
I've tried looking, but I'm left with more questions then I originally had.
Do union agreements supersede illinois labor laws, or is it the other way around.
if so what is the agreement? Are we allowed to take breaks to get hydrated, eat food, bathroom breaks. Etc?
To give a little more insight on my inquiry, I hold an RCO job with irrational management that gets bent out of shape if they don't see the RCL moving 100% of the time I'm on duty.
