As most of you have probably seen, there is now an open lawsuit against the U.P. over their use of the light canon for colorblind testing.
DLC Anthony Petru’s office leading this suit and all calls should be sent to him at 510-451-6732. When calling, the member needs to ask for Gavin or Anthony and reference that they are calling in regards to the lawsuit.
Anyone pulled from service in the last 10 years should be calling immediately.
This office has nothing to do with the suit or any other information to help with it, so calls should not be directed here.
