If someone used a vacation week already can I switch my vacation to that week already used.
It's called "back filling a used week" and we have not negotiated it into any of our contracts. I would suggest reading the 2003 EA1 agreement that outlines most of what we can/can't do with our vacations. [@andrealbano9]
