For those of us that have Long Term Disability Insurance Thru Smart Transportation Division, Recently a letter has been sent out regarding Insurance company change , Amalgamated Insurance company is old company Smart-Td used , New company is Sun Life Insurance, Basically letter is from Amalgamated stating if you want to stay with old company you need to follow instructions on letter ,Otherwise Insurance will be normal thru payroll deduction with New company from Smart
