In regards to us new hires with less than a year of service before the Metra split, are we still obligated to the rest of our 20% raises? If so, how does that work? Will we still be awarded them in increments of 5% over the years or will we automatically get pushed to 100% at the time of the split?

The transfer agreements state that all UP/SMART TD Agreements will remain in effect with the exception of the Peer trainer agreement and very specific rules as outlined in the transfer agreement itself. That means your step rate would remain in effect as it does now.
