Multiple Layoffs - same pay period
Ladies and gentlemen, The carrier is taking a hard stance on multiple layoffs/board changes without a work event in between. It looks to them like you are sharpshooting and they are docking pay for the time in between stating a "quid pro quo" expectation of availability. While we can fight for your money after the fact, it could get very expensive to you in the meantime. Plan yourself accordingly. You have been warned.
