Given the number of false accusations against our members, we are asking you to start announcing over the radio to the Yardmaster/Manager on duty when you have completed securing your equipment with the required amount of hand brakes. Also, please document this information in your Conductors log. This will help us fight your case when the Carrier alleges you violated Securement. Thank you.
