Help if you need it
It is so incredibly easy to become distracted by our own issues that sometimes we fail to recognize the needs of others. We are a railroad family and need to look after one another. These are incredibly trying times we are all dealing with. Please stay focused on the task at hand. We lost a family member in Beaumont Texas. We have family here locally get injured on the job. If you are having ANY issues please reach out to someone, anyone. There are programs to help you. We want to get you the help you deserve. Even if it's just an ear to listen. Peer support, friend to friend, EAP, ORB This is just a small sample of how we can help you, all you need to do is let us. Asking for help is the hardest part.
