Straight from the General Chairman. If you can't use your bump to take a position full time, you can NOT utilize the temporary portion of your bump for a temporary vacancy. The temporary portion is used pending utilization of the full bump.

You start your statement by saying “straight from the general chairman” then you like this post (Is the reason that the union is not wanting people who can’t hold regular jobs to be able to temp is because if they continue to temp to fill positions the company will just use temps as a source to fill jobs instead of adding to the boards? I’m sure that’s the logical answer. That can be the only answer. Just asking for people who may not get it.) You wonder why people think that the union is the cause.
