Changes to the MAPS policy
The revised MAPS Policy reflects the change in the retention period and also addresses the rules that now fall under the CSR policy. The retention period is now 12/24 months. You can find it on the UP website, search for “MAPS Current Policy.”

With the changes to MAPS, CSR, and the attendance polices, the level of discipline coming in to the office is at an all time high. What we don't see in the office is the CSR's that are signed for in the field due to the threat of being off for 30 days. The fastest way to make a change to that policy is for our members to feel confident in not signing and going to an investigation, they can't have everyone off for 30 days.
