New Discipline coming
Been hearing that the carrier is getting ready to roll out discipline policy to up the charges on certain rules. Also heard from a manager we will be required to do a CBT about this and forced to sign a paper saying we acknowledge that we understand why they are firing us. Has the Union been made aware of this?

Yep. They've already had the warning coming, posted in Clinton yard. A bunch of rules upgraded to critical. Be aware of drones also. A few days ago, at county line I saw a drone being flown above, watching us coming in.
