When they are denied, you must follow the process on our website www.smarttd577.com to progress claims to this local for appeal. Click on claims, then scroll down to claims processing. Please include a copy of this email request as supporting documentation with your submission. Thank you.

So if they admit in so many words that there’s no lockers and trying to make some available for us, then why do they keep denying our claims?
