As a Fireman, you do not get the entitlements that "Train Service Employees" get as you are now "Engine Service Employees" and would fall under the Engine Service Agreements.
Personal Leave days for Train Service Employees are based on years of service with no minimum start requirements to attain those days.
Personal Leave Days for Engine Service Employees are based on years of service with the requirement of 180 starts in that class of service in the previous year for the current year's entitlements.
