While CBC and the Rail Carriers continue to share and discuss all aspects of what would be necessary to reach a voluntary agreement, the Rail Carriers have not made any proposals worthy of consideration by the membership of the CBC Unions. IBEW Reaches Tentative Agreement with NCCC
The International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers has reached a tentative agreement with the National Carriers’ Conference Committee, representing most Class I Freight Railroads in collective bargaining.
The agreement includes all the recommendations of the Presidential Emergency Board 250, which President Joe Biden named in July to recommend a settlement to contract negotiations between rail labor and the NCCC.
