The carrier is currently conducting system wide stress tests in all departments by all employees. We are failing. We are failing at holding the carrier accountable each and every time they cut corners. Every single time they violate agreements or laws or regulations. We are telling them that it's ok each time we don't report or grieve the violations. We NEED you to be part of the solution. We NEED every single claim. We NEED every single statement.
