Just a little refresher for those who haven't read the paid sick leave agreement lately. This is just one portion of it.
"Other leave" seems a bit open to interpretation. Does Federal Rest count as this "other leave"? I didn't choose to be laid off, it is forced upon us by federal regulations. It is not my fault that the company has failed to properly staff their boards to the point that I worked enough to hit Fed Rest. I don't understand why we are punished the more we work due to crew mismanagement.
