Union Pacific Railroad recently notified many of our employees to resubmit a new Form I-9. Those employees that need to resubmit their I-9 should have received the dates and locations that we will start the recollection process. It is very important that the employees complete section 1 ONLY of the form before April 18. I need you help in communicating this information.
A detailed email including a user name, password and link to onboard with Cisive was included in the recent email to the employees. In your job briefings, can you please share this information? If an employee didn’t receive an email they are not required to resubmit the form I-9.
After you log into Cisive's website, you must fill out the required information within 2 days of receipt of this notification so that we may begin the process. As this is a legal requirement for all employees at Union Pacific, it is imperative that you timely review and take the necessary actions to ensure completion of this process.
