"After reviewing the Georgia District Court’s Dec. 7 ruling, Union Pacific is still encouraging employees to report their vaccination status by close of business today, Dec. 8, and get vaccinated.
Given the legal uncertainty caused by this one ruling, UP is complying with the temporary suspension of the federal contractor vaccine mandate. As various cases navigate through the courts, UP will continue evaluating all developments and keep employees updated...."
