Proposed changes to the Trainman Crew Sheet have been requested by the Carrier. Today we sat down and for the first meeting to ascertain just what minor tweaks they wanted, and it is quite the opposite. I do not believe that these changes are in any way beneficial to our members. They want our jobs to marry up with the Engineer Crew Sheet. This would take the "1 in/ 1 outs" and turn them into a 6 day a week assignment with the exception of 1 job. We will be working together on countering the Carrier, and ask for any ideas that may help in creating a new Trainman Crew Sheet. I will have the Proposal from the Carrier posted on our website. Remember, we need to make this better for all of us, not just "my job".
