TRM Tickets for Pay Issues

When opening a TRM ticket for a pay issue, please put my user ID# otso348 in as a viewer for the ticket. This way I can access your ticket and respond if there is an issue.

The TRM ticket is the first step in attempting to resolve a pay issue. Simply open a ticket and describe the issue to the timekeeper. Generally, this resolves the issue. Then, if it is not resolved, you proceed with a non-service claim to achieve recovery.


As always, if the claim is denied, send the claims to the local for appeal when you get your pay stub. Please follow the process on our website www.smarttd577.com, click on claims. Then, scroll down to claims processing. Include any supporting documentation such as, TRM ticket, board snapshot, email communication that may support your claim.
