Throwing away our foundation for a few dollars more
In my personal opinion everyone must vote to keep our current agreements. This past 4th of July holiday showed us how we will be mis-treated, no regard for our planned holiday off as per our crew sheet.
Before you vote, take a look at all our current claims,

These claims against the Carrier would be void without our current agreements.
And before you vote, look at all the time tested, rock solid, current agreements that protect your job, vacation time, continuous time, HOS breaks, and more.
These current agreements would be void and replaced with an unproved and untested hourly pay agreement.
Lastly, look at our current benefits.

No mention of our future benefits, no mention of out-of-pocket costs being locked for many years, its left to a discussion for another time.
Vote to keep what we have fought for over many decades and won.
The people that make these rules and want to take away our rights sit in air conditioned offices with cushy schedules and do not care one bit about us. How many of their kids’ baseball games do you think they miss? How many Christmas dinners do you think they miss? And how many have we all missed?
