You Must Report !!!
Anytime a manager does trainman, yardman, and/or engineman work; like throw switches, pull pins, hang a marker, and so on, you are required to report that activity to the LCA immediately so that the proper action can be taken to stop the Carrier from eliminating our jobs ! Also, the first out on the protecting extra board must put in a claim for not being called to do the work that the manager is doing. Do not be lazy and complacent, it is stupid to not report instances of managers doing our work !!

Download the audio from the radio chatter from the last five nights. You'll hear a manager counting down trains every single night while the conductor of that train is sitting in the vehicle with that manager.
