Need some advice or help. I took rules on 9/22. They put me in OA on 9/20 for mandatory attendance. My pool turn went out and came back. I put in a (H7) non service claim for the day of the class. They paid it. I put in another (H7) "company business/rules" claim for lost wages due to my turn going out. They "denied" claim stating if I'm not on a regular scheduled time job and only on a pool or extra board, I'm not entitled to lost wages. Only basic day for day of rules. In past years we were always paid for lost wages on our pool turns. Appreciate any comments or direction.
