LG306 in global 3 is now working inbound/outbound trains plus doing it's own work at del monte and cold storage. What is the ruling for working other trains when a conductor of your own train? I know I cant be a member of their crew, but since they cut utility 6 were yarding other trains, building other trains on top of our own

Correct. If LG306 is using a vehicle they can give them a ride. They can line the train out. Other than those things the conductor does the rest
