There is a guy on the Global 3 extra board that some how keeps moving behind people without having a work event. He tied up right behind me the morning of 5/12. Then two people tied up behind him and he managed to get behind them. The evening of the 12th he magically went to the bottom of the board, again, without a work event. Why is this happening?

Ask CMS the next time it happens, It's kind of like a "run around" but going in reverse... also look at his "job history" it should have some info/notes...
