How am I supposed to be rested in Iowa when I'm showing to go off my rest at night (1930), and then wake up to having 3 trains prompted for flips and my mark pushed back to 8am the next morning.

How am I supposed to be rested in Iowa when I'm showing to go off my rest at night (1930), and then wake up to having 3 trains prompted for flips and my mark pushed back to 8am the next morning.
Just issued a Safety Hotline complaint. This is ridiculous and creating serious fatigue, as well as unbalancing work/life quality.
