Hey all,

Spoke with Mike Garcia tonight about an issue while working Nipper. I spent about 2.5 hours in the cold.

The utility vehicle also didn’t have heat and when I was taking about 10 minutes after the third shove the Yard Master was wondering why I haven’t cut away. I’d like to remain anonymous in this communication as I’m trying to avoid retaliation as well. UP Wells heard the radio conversation with Tower Yard Master and told me to come see him in his office before tying up. He basically said I need to remain professional regardless but I also felt barated too and Wells didn’t think any of that was legit.

Had to shove 9613 feet in track 21 to west end and shove auto racks into 22. Take the ELKH into yard 4 and Wells ask me why I shoved track 6 all the way back and the only thing I can say is due to the weather I didn’t even hear it.
