Every day we go across this crossing at least twice. This is a 4 lane highway, we have been told at times it is because of the road salt used during winter but the CN mainline less than 1/8 of a mile doesn't seem to have any issues. Yesterday I saw on the TCS Bulletins an XH on the Villa Grove Subdivision that was taken care of by the next day at the latest. I find this disregard for maintaining this crossing unacceptable. Sometimes signal comes out and are at least able to give us an "island" to at least get lights to activate. There was a comment that waiting on parts to repair, where are they getting this parts ?. And how can they put as resolved on the hotline issue if it still isn't actually resolved.
