Cab car 8406 rolled while the lift was deployed. At Oak Park, train 24 was stopped, loading a wheel chair & the engineer released the automatic to charge the brakes. Seconds after that the train began to roll east while the ADA lift platform was still deployed hanging out above the platform. I wrote up the coach on an exception report and called commuter control detailing this incident.
