OTC downtown locker room basement urinals and toilets are overflowing and stinks. Urine all over the floor, and do not flush. ZERO soap in dispensers.
Metra said the plumbing issue was resolved this morning. The building maintenance did some rodding, but it didn't work so an outside plumber had to come in and fix.
