Any ideas why new hires are training on boxjobs at yard center while people with 5-7 years of seniority are furloughed or on the AWR board?

I hear what you are saying bubba, but the problem is that non of us can bump them because they are in training and we are all either furloughed or on the awr board. If they ever do bring those jobs back it could be several years down the road. If a sizable portion of people with 5 years plus won't be coming back, what the chance of someone with 4 months doing so?
