Any ideas why new hires are training on boxjobs at yard center while people with 5-7 years of seniority are furloughed or on the AWR board?

If somebody younger than you is holding a regular assignment, feel free to bump them. Otherwise, that the carrier is willing to train more people that can’t hold anything today may be an indication that they think they will in the foreseeable future.
