Any ideas why new hires are training on boxjobs at yard center while people with 5-7 years of seniority are furloughed or on the AWR board?

All I can tell you is what we have seen before. They have always brought the oldest men back first since I got furloughed 20 years ago. As far as bumping people in training is concerned. We have never been able to bump an employee in training. As soon as he is marked up he is fresh meat.
