Anytime a manager does trainman, yardman, and/or engineman work; like throw switches, pull pins, hang a marker, and so on, you are required to report that activity to the LCA immediately so that the proper action can be taken to stop the Carrier from eliminating our jobs ! Also, the first out on the protecting extra board must put in a claim for not being called to do the work that the manager is doing. Do not be lazy and complacent, it is stupid to not report instances of managers doing our work !!

Attempting to dismiss my point as 'emotional' is pure gaslighting to avoid accountability for your own words. Being a Local Secretary doesn't give you a pass to insult the membership, and a Monday night meeting isn't a shield for poor leadership. We’re all on the same side against the Carrier start acting like it.
