December 1st is the deadline for yard vacation submission. Don’t wait until the last minute. Forms are available on the 577 website under the vacation section. Fill it out (either online or paper then scan) then send me a PDF—— NOT A PICTURE JPG. If you have no way to scan, and want to take a pic with your phone, then download (free) Microsoft Lens, and follow the instructions on how to convert a JPG to a PDF. Again, do not send me JPG files. They are time consuming to fix and process on my end, and I have over 100 of you guys to process.
